Administrators and users (if the administrator has granted
users the privilege to create aliases) use this screen to create new aliases.
There are two types of aliases: open and restricted. Open aliases let other
users within the domain add themselves to the alias (without obtaining permission
from the administrator or alias owner). Restricted aliases prevent other users
from adding themselves to the alias. Only an administrator or the alias owner
may modify the members list of a restricted alias.
